As part of the French Cuisine Festival, and to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the LHC label, the Institut Supérieur des Métiers will present 7 exceptional tables in 7 outstanding places, illustrating the expertise of the Living Heritage Companies.
These tables will be greeted by exceptional places : the restaurant Petrossian 144 (Paris), the Hôtel Le Negresco (Nice), the Hôtel du Palais (Biarritz), the Relais Bernard Loiseau (Saulieu), the Manufacture Cluizel (Damville), the Domaine les Crayèrse (Reims) and the Taillevent (Paris).
For the occasion, Le Crin, accredited by the French Authorities for his unique craftsmanship, will be exposed at the Hotel Le Negresco, in Nice. The grand opening will take place on Tuesday 20 Septembre.
Along with other unique LHC companies, the evening will showcase the complementary sills of the Living Heritage Companies of gastronomy, tableware and design, selected for the event.
